Shipping and Returns Policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled.
After the order is placed, it will take us between 1-3 business days to process the order and ship it out using USPS. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days but is NOT guaranteed. We are NOT liable if your order gets lost during transit, therefore, please contact USPS: 1-800-275-8777 regarding any questions or concerns.
Shipping is a flat rate of $5 unless your order is over $75, then it will ship for free.
If you aren't in love with your order, you have 14 business days from the day you receive it to return for STORE CREDIT only! Starting the 15th business day, your order is not eligible for a return. No exceptions! If you decide to return all or part of your order and it is within 14 business days of receiving it, please note that it is your responsibility to pay for return shipping.
Make sure the item is in perfect condition before trying to return. The Kate will NOT issue a store credit if the item has clearly been worn and/or has any smell or stain of any kind and it will be your responsibility to pay a $5 reshipment fee to ship the item back to you. If we receive the item and it is in perfect condition, please give us 3-5 business days to process your return and email your store credit.

If your item was damaged upon receiving it, please email us at: email@example.com within 3 days of the delivery date with photos of the damage. If you contact us regarding a damaged item after 3 days of receiving it, your order is no longer eligible for a return. No Exceptions.
